Standard Refresco Competition Terms & Conditions
- By entering a giveaway entrants accept these terms and conditions.
- Refresco may cancel or amend any giveaway, giveaway information, or these Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- Giveaways are open to UK residents only, 18 years and older, excluding employees (and their immediate families) of Refresco, its agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion. Anyone entering under 18 years of age needs to have permission from a consenting adult.
- Claims made via third parties, in bulk or through consumer groups will not be accepted.
- If Refresco is unable to notify any of the winners, or if a winner fails to respond this may result in forfeiture of the prize and Refresco reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
- Refresco shall try to deliver the prize to the winner within 30 working days from the date of the draw, unless otherwise specified to the winner. Delivery restrictions may apply. No cash equivalent (where applicable) or alternative prize will be given and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. However, Refresco reserves the right to change the prize due to circumstances beyond its control or to offer an alternative of similar value.

- Giveaways are run by the Refresco brand and are not endorsed by Facebook, Instagram or Twitter.
- Only one entry per Participant is permitted per Promotional Event.

- Winners are drawn at random.
- The personal information supplied by entrants when entering our Competitions will be used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. - Except for the purpose of carrying out the promotion, contacting winners and sending out prizes the Promoter will not use entrants’ personal data without the express consent of the entrant.
