Eligibility

The Ben Shaws Email Survey Competition (“Competition”) is open to all individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of Ben Shaws, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional agencies, and immediate family members of such employees are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period

The Competition will open on 22.10.2025 and will close at 23:59 GMT on 18.11.2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered.

How to Enter

To enter the Competition, participants must complete the Ben Shaws survey accessed via the email invitation sent by Ben Shaws. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Prize

One winner will receive: £250 cash prize and a 24-can crate of Ben Shaws beverages

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered except where required by law.

Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random by a computerized randomization program from all valid entries received during the Entry Period. The decision of Ben Shaws regarding the winner is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, they may forfeit their prize, and an alternative winner may be selected.

Data Protection

By entering the Competition, participants consent to Ben Shaws processing their personal data for the purposes of administering the Competition and in accordance with the Ben Shaws privacy policy.

General Conditions

Ben Shaws reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Ben Shaws’ reasonable control impairs the integrity of the competition.

Ben Shaws accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Competition or as a result of accepting any prize.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and participants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

An entry must be made directly by the individual entering the Promotion. Bulk entries from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Incomplete or illegible entries and entries submitted by macros or other automated means together with entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms & Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. If it becomes apparent that an entrant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’, masking their identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase that entrant’s entries into the Promotion in a way that is not consistent with the rules of the Promotion, that entrant’s entries will be disqualified and any prize awarded will be void. Entrants are not permitted to enter using anonymous email services such as, but not limited to, GuerillaMail, Dispostable or Mailinator.

The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations or any delay in performing its obligations within these terms and conditions If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs caused by (but not limited to) global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

The Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend, postpone or terminate the Promotion and any prizes, or any aspect thereof, for any reasons whatsoever and without notice. In such event, you hereby waive any rights or expectations which you may have against Refresco Beverages UK Ltd. and acknowledge that you will not have any recourse or claim of any nature against Refresco Beverages UK Ltd.

The Promoter may refuse to award a Prize in the event of any entrant’s fraud, dishonesty, breach or non-entitlement under these Terms & Conditions or seek recovery of its value if the Prize has been awarded.

Any and all personal data supplied for the running of this Promotion will be used solely for the purpose of this Promotion by the Promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion on behalf of the Promoter and will not be disclosed to a third party for any other purpose unless your positive consent has been obtained. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available at www.refresco.com/en/privacy

The personal information supplied by entrants when entering the Promotion will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found here https://www.refresco.com/en/privacy/. You should always read our Privacy Policy in addition to these General Terms and the Specific Terms. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion and winners consent to give their name and country for the winners’ list in line with clause 5 above. You may have your details removed from our database by contacting us or via the unsubscribe messages in the emails sent by us. If details are removed prior to the conclusion of the Promotion and/or award of the prize(s), you will forfeit your right to claim any prizes.

If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and affect the remainder of the provisions.

By entering this Promotion, you will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any promotional material arises, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By participating in the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
